The Ivey restaurant offers exquisite menus and an extensive wine cellar for an enjoyable dining experience from breakfast through to dinner.
The restaurant is complemented by Cove Piano Bar, a stylish and luxurious bar serving the finest wines, beers, cognacs and whiskies. Mat’s touch also extends to the Bay Bistro which serves food and drink throughout the day.
